Episode 4-A: Germs
Zim overhears that germs can kill aliens. He orders a pair of goggles that allow him to see the germs. He becomes paranoid and begins to spray anything and everything with disinfectant in hopes of staying alive. Zim makes his entire house germ free when gir enters with more germs. When zim begins to run out of disinfectant he and gir intended to go to the store to get more disinfectant but wind up going to MacMeaties. There zim finds out that the burgers there are germ free. Using this to his advantage he goes to school the next day dressed in burger meat.

Episode 4-B: Dark Harvest
One day in class zim get the disease known as head pigeon. Mrs. Bitters gives zim a hall pass that will explode if he leaves school ground. Dib tells zim that when he goes to the nurse the nurse will notice zim doesnt have human organs and that zim will be found out for who he really is.As zim heads to the nurse he runs into the hall monitor and takes one of his organs. Eventually zim goes after evey student in the school and takes one of their organs and replaces it with something else. In the end zim takes Dib's voice box and replaces it with a mooing machine and Zim is noted as a "boy with plentiful organs" and Dib is put in the newpapers as a mooing boy android.
